We are a boutique matchmaking service working around the world, making introductions between its clients and other singles, men and women with the aim of establishing a satisfying long-term or connubial relationship for its clients.

TERMS OF WEBSITE USE

We offer our matchmaking services to members through our subscription-only membership services (subject to separate terms and conditions and fee payment by the member). However, through our website (defined below) prospective members of our services may upload their personal profiles to our database with a view (following interview, agreement and payment of the subscription fee) to the prospective member becoming a subscribing member of our subscription services.

These terms of use (together with the documents referred to within) inform you as to the conditions under which you may make use of our website http://stern-international.com (our site). Use of our site includes registering to use our site and upload of your profile data. All users of our site must complete the registration form and/or enter their details into our database. At our sole discretion you may thereafter be invited by us for interview with a view to membership.

  • Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you including other private and/or professional matchmakers or matchmaking agencies chosen at Simantov’s discretion who need to know such information for the purposes of carrying out, or assisting in the carrying out Simantov’s obligations under any agreement between us and you including any membership service agreements.
  • Advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others. (We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we may provide them with aggregate information about our users – for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target – for example, women in SW1. We may make use of the personal data we have collected from you to enable us to comply with our advertisers’ wishes by displaying their advertisement to that target audience).
  • Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties:

  • In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or other private and/or professional matchmakers or matchmaking agencies chosen at Simantov’s discretion. Such staff may be engaged in, among other things, the membership service, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this PRIVACY POLICY.
(All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted (using SSL technology).
